- Be sure to urinate after sexual activity.

- Do not postpone bathing to keep yourself clean. Take bath twice a day during the summer season.

- Do not use any type of powder, wash or spray in the genital area.

- Clean the intimate area properly with clean water.

- Try not to use public restrooms.
