China successfully launched Long March-11 rocket from Yellow Sea

China successfully launched the Long March-11 rocket on Saturday. It was launched from the Yellow Sea. The Long March-11 was successful in taking two satellites into low earth orbit from the launchpad. This was the first time that the Long March-11 launch vehicle was modified and placed at a distance of about three kilometers from the launchpad so that its launch would not suffer. The launch vehicle is designed to carry both the Sun (SSO) and low Earth orbit.

This rocket is capable of carrying 500 kg payload (payload is a type of object, which is carried by an aircraft or launch vehicle) in both the orbits. China's National Space Administration (CNSA) confirmed the successful launch of the Long March-11 rocket. The objective of this mission was to place the CentiSpace-1 S5 and S6 satellites to enhance the accuracy of signals in space from China's Beidou Navigation and Positioning Satellite System. This was reportedly China's fourth sea launch since 2019. Actually, Beijing is constantly improving this system.

The four-stage launch vehicle is the Long March-11 rocket

According to a report by China's CGTN, experts have said that a near launch is safe, as sea conditions will be better and it is safe to take out the empty propellant tanks from the sea.
