This is the world's largest lavender farm.Sited in the southern state of Tasmania this bridestow lavendef farm is awaiting Indian tourists. In fact, there are 6.66 lakh lavender plants in this farm spread over 45 thousand hectares.These flowers stand in 200 km long distnace.

The variety of French lavender here is used in perfumes and foods. According to the farm owner Robert Revan, the most encouraging response came from Indian tourists. The song 'Ale-Ale' from the Tamil film Boyz was shot in the same farm. Since then, the farm has attracted a large number of Indian Tourists shifted towards it.

A perfume merchant from London- CK Denny established the farm in 1921. He brought with him a special variety of lavender seeds from the southern part of France. It is from these seeds that the world's largest lavender flower garden started.
