Shilpa Shetty's husband Raj Kundra, arrested in the case of pornographic films, is in jail. He is accused of making pornographic films and running its business. In this case, the Mumbai Crime Branch had arrested Raj Kundra late on July 19. He has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days. Along with Raj, his partner and friend Ryan Thorpe has also been sent to judicial custody.
He was in the custody of the Crime Branch since his arrest last week. After the arrest, Raj and Ryan Thorpe were produced by the police in the magistrate's court. The court had sent both of them to police custody till July 23. On July 23, the police custody court of Raj Kundra extended it by four more days till July 27. Now on Tuesday, he has been sent to judicial custody for 14 days.
