Mongolian media reports suggest that the child is one of twin boys named Aguidai and Achiltai Altanar, the sons of Altanar Chinchulun and Monkhnasan Narmandakh. The child's father, Altnar Chinchulun, is a mathematics professor at a university and the CEO of the National Resource Group. The boy's grandmother, Garmjav Seiden, was a former member of the Mongolian Parliament.
