Elon Musk supported nuclear energy, said - it is not right to close the nuclear plant
Tesla and SpaceX CEO and veteran businessman Elon Musk said he is a supporter of clean energy and as such he is against the closure of nuclear plants. Musk believes that nuclear power could replace fossil fuels in the future.
Tesla and SpaceX CEO Elon Musk on Saturday called some environmentalists "anti-human". The issue is related to the increase in the production of environmental energy which can replace fossil fuels in the future.
Musk said in one of his tweets that the productivity of nuclear energy in the world should be increased. Banning or reducing their production is not right from the point of view of environmental and national security.
A follower of Musk on Twitter said that nuclear power is clean and effective. If adopted, it can also replace fossil fuels in the future. But this is not happening because the so-called environmentalists are not in favor of clean energy, they are anti-human. In response, Musk said, in fact some (environmentalists) are really 'anti-human'.
Musk, who has always been vocal about clean energy, has said many times that it is not right to misjudge nuclear power, especially renewable energy such as solar and batteries. These are developing rapidly. In July of this year, Musk said he was a supporter of nuclear energy and felt it was being viewed in the wrong light.
He said during one of his interviews on the 'Getting Stoned' podcast, 'I think people should not close nuclear power stations. Even if it has to be closed, it should be done only when the station is at a place where there is a danger of natural calamity.
Musk said, 'Tsunami-like disasters keep coming in the world, so we have to take care of this. Nuclear plants should not be built where there is a risk of natural calamity. But for example, France, Germany, including many parts of America, there are many such places where there is not that much risk of natural disaster, they are not at risk due to having a nuclear plant here. In these cases we should not close them. Shutting down the plants is just stupid.
