Grammy Award winning rapper Nipsey Hussle's killer gets 60 years in prison

Accused Eric Holder shot and killed Grammy Award winner Hussle outside a clothing store in July 2022. Hussle was posthumously awarded a Grammy Award in 2020.
The killer was sentenced to 60 years
Los Angeles County Superior Court Judge H. Clay Jack sentenced Holder to 25 years in prison. Holder was sentenced to an additional 25 years for using the gun in the murder. Holder was also accused of shooting two passers-by, for which he was sentenced to serve 10 more years in prison.
Rapper shot 10 bullets
Prosecutors said Holder and rapper Hussle collided outside a clothing store. After this both of them had some conversation and the accused Holder left from there. Then Holder returned after 10 minutes and started firing. Accused Holder shot rapper Hussle at least 10 times.
Public Defender Aaron Johnson defended Holder, saying he should not be convicted. It was not first-degree murder. Holder was rumored to be "snitching". Holder, accused of murder, did not testify. Rapper Hustle has publicly stated that he joined a gang as a teenager. He then found success in hip-hop rap songs.
