The Danube River in Budapest is usually accompanied by fireworks each year, which is believed to be Europe's largest fireworks show. Similarly, fireworks were planned here on Friday but had to be canceled at the last minute due to weather forecast.

Now this week there will be fireworks

However, 40 thousand crackers were ready to be launched from 240 points in a five-kilometre area. Even after the show was cancelled, it has been rescheduled for this week. Every year on August 20, a fireworks show is held in the Hungarian capital Budapest on the occasion of St. Stephen's Day. This day is celebrated in the memory of the independence of Christian Hungary thousands of years ago, which is still intact today.

Opposed to fireworks

However, every year huge expenditure is incurred on this firework, which has also been opposed. The economy of a country with a population of less than 10 million is also not so strong and its opponents believe that in exchange for such fireworks, that money should be used to strengthen the country's economy. A public petition was also signed in this regard, which was signed by two lakh people.
