He warned Americans that if Republicans gained control of one or both houses of the US Congress in the November 8 elections, the US would not be able to help Ukraine and Russia would again dominate the war.
Biden said Ukraine would be in danger if it needed US aid in the future, as Republicans refused to help. Biden told reporters at a sandwich shop in Pittsburgh, "I'm worried about what will happen next in this war if the Republicans win.
