Video: Massive fire breaks out in Chinese hospital, people seen hanging from AC on windows to save themselves, many jumped

29 people have died tragically due to a massive fire in a hospital in Beijing, the capital of China. The scene of the fierce fire was very frightening. Flames and plumes of smoke could be seen far and wide. Some people stood on the AC to escape from the fire while some started jumping. Let us tell you that 71 people have been rescued so far.

Cause of fire not known

According to media reports, the incident took place at Changfeng Hospital in Beijing. At present, however, the cause of the fire is yet to be ascertained. The police are investigating the matter. 

 The fire breaks out in the afternoon

The fire broke out at Changfeng Hospital at around 12.57 pm. The fire brigade, which reached the information, was able to extinguish the fire after a lot of difficulties. The fire was reported to have spread so rapidly that it engulfed the eastern wing of the hospital. Patients suffering from serious diseases were admitted and treated in this wing.

The video of this incident is becoming very viral on social media. It can be seen in the video that some people are jumping with the help of a sheet to escape the fire. Some people were seen sitting on AC. A user wrote on social media that it is sad. I can see the accident from the window of my house. In the afternoon, many people were standing on the air conditioning unit and some of them even jumped down to save their lives.
