New Delhi: Big news about Bollywood superstar Salman Khan. Salman Khan was accused of misleading the court on behalf of the state government in the case of giving false Fake Affidavit of lost weapons. At the same time, on the appeal of the government against the decision of the CJM Court, the application submitted in Section 340 of the CrPC, District and Sessions District Jodhpur Court Judge Raghavendra Kachwal has given great relief to Salman.
Today, the District Court upheld the decision of the CJM Rural Court, dismissing both the government's appeals. Now the government can present surveillance in Rajasthan High Court against the decision of the Sessions Court.
Kankani hunting case
In fact, during the trial in the Kankani Hunting Case and Arms Case, when the court asked Salman Khan for the original license of his weapon, Salman presented an affidavit telling the court that his arms license is lost. On this, the Public Prosecutor presented two in the court under section 340 of the CrPC and pleaded to file a case under section 193 of the IPC, accusing Salman of misleading the court to produce false evidence.
