It has been said that king charles will give bonus to his employees and the Bonus is going to be out of his own pocket. amidst rising inflation and deepening economic crisis in the country, King is worried about the livelihood of the employees.
Higher bonus for low earning employees
According to reports the Royal employees who earned less will have more amount of Bonus in the same way the higher-earning employees will get less amount of bonus, employees who earn less than 30 thousand pounds monthly, which includes cleaners, servants, peons and footmen, will get more amount of bonus they will get up to 600 pounds.
At the same time, employees who earn up to 400 pounds will be given more amount of bonus the employees earning from 30 thousand to 40 thousand pounds. Employees earning above 40 thousand will get 350 pounds as bonus. However, there has been no comment from Buckingham Palace regarding this bonus news.
