According to the UK Finance Ministry spokesman, the Prime Minister and the Finance Minister will share information about all government spending in the upcoming session of Parliament. According to The Telegraph newspaper, the continuation of the moratorium on foreign aid for the next two years (2026 and 2027) is being seriously considered. Sunak surpasses Starmer in popularity
