President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky was welcomed by US President Joe Biden and his wife Jill, who arrived at the White House wearing the olive green pants and sweater that became a special identity during the war. Biden promised full cooperation and support to Ukraine. Said, we are helping Ukraine to win. Zelensky thanked America for this.

This meeting of Biden and Zelensky took place on Wednesday-Thursday at around 2.30 pm Indian time. After this meeting, Zelensky addressed a joint session of the US Parliament. Earlier, the US had announced a new military aid of $1.85 billion for Ukraine. 

We both want the war with Ukraine to end: Biden

In a joint press conference after talks with the Ukrainian President, Biden said, he and President Zelensky have similar views on establishing peace in Ukraine. We both share the idea of ​​building an independent, prosperous and secure Ukraine. We both want the war in Ukraine to end.

For this, America and the allied countries are continuously helping Ukraine for its victory in the battlefield. If President Zelensky and his country want to hold talks with Russia, they can do so successfully.

Biden said, President Putin thought he would break NATO, break the unity of Western countries, end our alliance. But he was proved wrong, wrong and wrong. The US President said that he is not concerned about the unity of NATO, because the Ukraine war has strengthened this military alliance. The unity of NATO and the European Union (EU) has grown stronger in the last ten months. 

Biden said, President Zelensky and he are firmly together, Putin should see this and everyone else too. On Thursday, President Biden also announced a ban on Russia's non-governmental military organization Wagner Group. This group is fighting a war in Ukraine with the Russian army.
