US-China Tension: America's warning to China, not to supply arms to Russia

First US Vice President Kamala Harris warned China at Germany's security conference, and on Sunday, Foreign Minister Antony Blinken warned Chinese counterpart Wang Yi in a face-to-face conversation. US Secretary of State Blinken said that if China gave any material helpful in the Ukraine war to Russia, it would have dire consequences.

China can supply ammunition to Russia

America fears that China may supply arms and ammunition to Russia. The foreign ministers of the world's two largest economies met for bilateral talks at a secret venue on the sidelines of the Global Security Summit. The meeting of the two leaders took place amid tensions arising out of the shooting down of a Chinese spy balloon in the US.

Blinken postponed his visit to Beijing because of the balloon episode this month. Now the apprehension of supply of military material to Russia has increased the bitterness in relations between America and China. Blinken said that China's consideration of supplying military material to Russia has increased the US's concern. If China does this, the relationship between America and China will suffer serious consequences.

Stealth supply of deadly items to Russia

Blinken said that many deadly items helpful in war are being secretly supplied from China to Russia. China is now considering the supply of these items, arms and ammunition in large quantities. If this happens then the situation will worsen. America will soon make public information about the material being received by Russia.

In response, Wang Yi said that it is the responsibility of the US to improve the deterioration of relations between the two countries. This decline in relations between the two countries has come from the continuous use of force by the US in matters related to China. The Chinese Foreign Minister cited the example of a Chinese balloon recently shot down by the US Air Force in this regard.

He said that this balloon was flown for weather information, which lost its way and reached the sky of America. America overreacted to that.
