BCCI big decision, women cricketers will get the same match fees as male cricketers
BCCI has taken a big decision regarding the salary of cricketers. Now men and women players will be given equal match fees. BCCI Secretary Jay Shah has given information about this by tweeting.
BCCI has announced the Pay Equity Policy for contracted Indian women cricketers. Under the new policy of BCCI, now the match fee (Indian Cricketers Monthly Salary) will be same for both men and women cricketers. BCCI secretary Jay Shah has tweeted about this. Jay Shah has fixed different match fees for ODI, Test and T20.
Brilliant step by BCCI under Right to Equality
The rule of keeping match fees the same for both men and women cricketers is considered a great step under the right to equality. This will boost the morale of the women cricketers and new talent will come forward to join the Indian women's team.

Previously low fees
Earlier in BCCI there was a lot of difference between men's cricket team and women's team India. Before this new policy, Indian male cricket players were given the highest salary.
