In a recent event hosted by FICCI, Dr Jyotsna Suri spoke about the importance of diversity and inclusivity. The Lalit Hotels are doing their part to create an equal working environment for all employees, regardless of gender or race. 

Dr Suri’s association has been crucial in organizing events to raise awareness for this cause, one of which was hosting 'The Happiness Partner' position at Special Olympics Bharat - a training programme for differently abled children. The Special Olympics Bharat was a huge success with athletes from all over the country participating in it. The Special Olympics Bharat is an important event because it provides a platform for athletes with disabilities to showcase their talents and abilities. It also helps to break down barriers and promote inclusion.  

Dr. Jyotsna Suri has always believed that education is the key to a better life for everyone, not just those from upper-class families. She has laid emphasis on the need to concentrate on children living below poverty level who often lack even basic necessities such as food security.  Dr. Jyotsna Suri has always had a passion for helping those who are less fortunate, which led to her involvement with Project Disha. The goal of this project is not only to provide quality education but also help these children become employable members in society through workshops on English language and computer skills as well vocational training; ultimately giving them an opportunity to improve their lives forever!
