Google has announced major changes to its Play Store system from May 5. According to Google's update, now from May 5, app developers will need to give concrete and logical information on why an app should be allowed to access the information of other apps within the smartphone of the users. This has been revealed by Arstechnica's report. Google has updated its Developers Program Policy, which prevents one app from granting permission to access another app. Currently, Android 11 apps invite every sort of permission of all the apps in your device.

Why did Google have to change the policy

Let us know that there are some apps within the Google Play store, which if installed on the phone, before the app is installed, users are asked permission to access the rest of the apps. In such a situation, many apps are able to get sensitive information such as banking, political affiliation and password management with the help of other apps in your phone. Google will now get information from app developers about the aim , search and interoperate for launching the app. However thanks to security reasons such information won't be taken from the banking app.

These apps will be blocked

Google are going to be shutting down spying apps from May 5, 2021. In fact, there are an outsized number of apps on the Google Play Store, which act as spying, with the intention of taking strict action on these apps from Google.
