Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has arrested a woman patwari red-handed from her house located in Chaupasni Housing Board in Jodhpur for accepting a bribe of Rs. Seeing the ACB team, Patwari threw the bribe amount in the air from the first floor of the house, which got stuck in the plastic mesh of the neighbor. He had demanded two lakh rupees in lieu of preparing the required opportunity report to transfer Khan. Later the deal was settled for one lakh rupees. Bureau's Deputy Inspector General Dr. Vishnukant said that on the complaint of Suresh Kumar Jat, resident of Keru, Patwari Seema Ramavat of Patwar Mandal of Keru was arrested red-handed taking a bribe of Rs.

Suresh contacted Patwari Seema in April last year to get the required opportunity report for getting Khan transferred in his name. Patwari demanded two lakh rupees for the work. A complaint was made to the ACB on April 4. When verification was done on June 23, the demand for bribe was confirmed.

After negotiations, the deal was settled for Rs 1 lakh. On Thursday, Suresh Kumar reached Seema Ramavat's house located at Chaupasni Housing Board to give a bribe of one lakh rupees. There he gave one lakh rupees to the patwari. Then Inspector Rajendra Singh and the team led by ACB Jalore Additional Superintendent of Police Mahavir Singh Ranawat raided, seeing which the Patwari got nervous. She ran towards the terrace with the money and threw the money from the first floor, which fell on the net in the neighboring house, from where the ACB recovered it. At the same time, after washing the hands of Seema, the pink color on the money came out.
