Veronika has always been drawn to helping others, which led her to study social pedagogy, psychology, and physical applied education, as well as attend music and art school. However, it wasn't until 10 years ago, when she suffered a car accident that impacted her mental health, that she discovered the transformative power of Yoga.

"I had panic attacks, anxiety, deep depression, and I had to find a way to help myself," Veronika said. "I turned to yoga and meditation and discovered how they can help us understand ourselves better and work towards our goals."

Veronika's journey to becoming a yoga teacher started two years ago when she gained her qualifications, but she recently upgraded her training in India. She completed a 500-hour teacher training course at Sthira Yoga School in India and has been teaching yoga, leading seminars, and retreats ever since.

"I want to share my knowledge and tools with others who are in need of a reminder that they are not alone," Veronika said. "We're all going through something, and by learning together, we can be better versions of ourselves and be better towards each other."

Veronika believes that a healthy mind leads to a healthy body and that yoga is a lifestyle that can help improve our well-being. She emphasizes the importance of taking care of ourselves through all layers - mental, emotional, and physical - and believes that we can achieve anything we set our minds to.

"I'm curious, creative, and have a growth mindset," Veronika said. "I believe in a better tomorrow and am still enjoying my presence. My mind is my priority, so I meditate every day before interacting with the outside world."

Veronika is also an avid book reader and played the piano for many years. She loves to travel and explore the world, and her experiences have influenced her teachings and helped her connect with people from all walks of life.

"I believe that where we put our mindset is what we can achieve," Veronika said. "I truly believe in myself and my abilities, and I want to motivate others to do the same so that we can all live in a healthier society. When you're good with yourself, you're good with others too."

Veronika's future plans involve continuing her path as a yogi by sharing her knowledge and teachings with the growing mindful community. She hopes to touch the hearts of those in need and remind them that they are not alone.
