Zelensky also stressed that bilateral relations with South Korea are "very important" and should be further developed. It is noteworthy that Stoltenberg told a forum in Seoul during his visit in late January that South Korea "should take action on the specific issue of military support".
Explain that South Korea has provided only humanitarian aid and other non-military assistance to Ukraine, citing its position of not supplying arms.
The latest package will include financial assistance, humanitarian assistance, assistance in building infrastructure such as restoration of power grids and supporting reconstruction efforts through Official Development Assistance (ODA) projects.
