Irfan Pathan's family misbehaved at airport, demand for action against airlines

Former Indian cricket team all-rounder Irfan Pathan has accused Vistara Airlines of misbehaving. Irfan has expressed his displeasure on social media about this. Actually, he was going to Dubai with his family from Vistara Airlines. He says that the people of the airline were talking very harshly, which caused trouble to many passengers including his family. Irfan has demanded action from the airlines.

Irfan Pathan posted the complaint screenshot on social media, in which he wrote – Today I was going from Mumbai to Dubai by Vistara flight. My experience at the check-in counter was very bad. Vistara was downgrading my ticket category while my ticket was confirmed. I had to wait for one and a half hours at the counter for its solution. Along with me my wife, my 8-month-old baby and 5 year old also had to go through this.

The behavior of the people of the Gound staff was not good: Irfan

Pathan further wrote in the complaint, the behavior of the people of the Gound staff was not good, they were not talking right and were making excuses. Many more passengers had to go through this along with me. I would request the concerned authorities to take immediate action on these incidents so that no one has the same experience as me.

Vistara Airlines apologizes

The airlines immediately swung into action on Irfan's complaint and responded to the tweet. He apologized to Irfan and also asked him for information about the incident. He wrote, 'Mr Pathan, we are sorry to hear your experience and we will investigate it. Give us your travel details so that we can talk to you.
