Nearly 40 domestic Cebu Pacific flights were canceled due to a sudden power outage at Manila Airport's Terminal 3 on Monday. This information has been given by the officials present at the airport. "Flight delays are expected due to the outage," Ninoy Aquino International Airport said in a statement posted on Facebook without disclosing the cause of the power outage.
It added that airlines and immigration computers were partially working due to the backup power system, which enabled both inbound and outbound passenger processing.
