Banks across the country will remain closed on October 22 on account of Dhanteras. It is also the fourth Saturday of the month.
All banks are closed on 23rd October due to Sunday.
October 24: There is a bank holiday due to Kali Puja/Deepawali/Diwali (Lakshmi Puja)/Narak Chaturdashi. Banks will remain closed all over India except Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal on this day.
Banks will remain closed on October 25 due to Lakshmi Puja/Deepawali/Govardhan Puja in different parts of the country. Banks will remain closed on this day in Gangtok, Hyderabad, Imphal and Jaipur.
On October 26 : there will be a bank holiday on the occasion of Govardhan Puja/Vikram Samvat, New Year's Day/Bhai Bij/Bhai Dooj/Diwali (Bali Pratipada)/Lakshmi Puja/Entrance
Day. Banks will remain closed on this day in Ahmedabad, Belapur, Bengaluru, Dehradun, Gangtok, Jammu, Kanpur, Lucknow, Mumbai, Nagpur, Shimla, Srinagar.
Banks will remain closed on October 27 on account of Bhaidooj/Chitragupta Jayanti/Laxmi Puja/Deepawali/Ningol Chakouba. Banks will remain closed in Gangtok, Imphal, Kanpur, Lucknow on this day.
