India is celebrating 'Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav' on the special occasion of completion of 75 years of independence. To make the celebration of independence memorable, Prime Minister Narendra Modi through his program Mann Ki Baat has appealed to the countrymen to participate in the Tricolor festival at every home. This festival is being celebrated by the Government of India from August 2 to August 13. To make this celebration even more memorable, now the Archaeological Survey of India has made entry free for all monuments and museum visitors till August 15. This means that now there will be no need to buy tickets to go to these places.
Special preparations have been made by the Government of India to make the Amrit Festival of Independence special. Many important decisions are being taken by the central government to fill the spirit of the celebration of independence among the people and to increase the feeling of patriotism. To make this festival special, from August 5 to 15, the entry of visitors in all monuments, museums and archaeological sites of the country has been made completely free by the Archaeological Survey of India. In such a situation, now no fee will be charged for visiting these places.
ASI's Monument-2 Director Dr. NK Pathak told that from August 5, all the monuments, museums and archaeological sites will have free entry for visitors. Entry fee will not be charged in all these places. Information in this regard has been given to all the regional directors.

Let us inform that many MPs, including Union Ministers and young MPs, took part in the tricolor bike rally that started from the Red Fort on Wednesday as part of the Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav being celebrated on the occasion of 75th anniversary of India's independence. This tricolor bike rally has been organized with the aim of increasing the feeling of patriotism among the citizens of the country. In this program, Union Information and Broadcasting Minister Anurag Thakur also participated in the rally. "Many Union ministers, MPs and youth leaders came together and started a bike rally from the historic Red Fort to send out the message that we are paying homage to our freedom fighters and remembering them," Thakur said.
