Elon Musk Twitter Deal: Elon Musk loves adventure and has proved it time and again. None of his decisions, nothing is ever like a straight line. They can do anything, anytime. His image has become something like this in the whole world. Elon Musk, who stunned the whole world with astonishing decisions, has once again changed his maneuver. After turning away from the Twitter deal, he has now made up his mind to move forward on the deal.

The world's richest man and billionaire Elon Musk has agreed to go ahead with his $44 billion deal to buy Twitter in a surprise decision. Twitter confirmed on Tuesday that Musk has sent a letter saying he will move forward on an agreement reached earlier this year to buy the Twitter platform for $44 billion.

Hours after it was revealed that Musk had proposed to go ahead with the Twitter buyout offer, he said in his first public remarks that buying the social media platform would be instrumental in building 'The Everything App'. Ever since the deal was announced, the tech world has seen several hiccups in the deal, including Musk's earlier refusal, leading to a legal battle.

Why did Elon Musk changed his decision

The Tesla boss has faced a complicated legal challenge in the months following Elon Musk's initial offer to buy Twitter in April. Because of this, he too was in trouble. In fact, Musk's wrong decisions put him on the back foot in the lawsuit against Twitter. As a result of which he asked to put on hold the court trial to complete the purchase.

Why did Musk canceled the agreement

When Elon Musk canceled the deal against the social media platform Twitter, he said that Twitter is full of spambot accounts and it has given false information about it. He also drew on allegations from former Twitter security chief and whistleblower Peter Jatko to substantiate his decisions. Let us tell you that Peter Jatko filed a complaint in July that Twitter had misrepresented about its efforts to control millions of spam accounts.

What went wrong for Musk?

When Musk advanced the bots account argument in a court trial, it was revealed that billionaire Elon Musk hadn't done any homework for the announcement he made to buy Twitter in late April. His approach was against the professionalism required to buy a large company.

Has Musk changed his mind?

In the midst of the lawsuit, Elon Musk feared that if he lost the case, he would not only be forced to buy Twitter, but he would also have to pay high interest on that offer. This would have increased the cost of purchase and they would have had to pay more.
