After the firing last night, this matter has once again come into discussion. Goldie Brar gang member Virendra Charan has taken responsibility for this attack. Virendra says that Khushboo has insulted Premananda Maharaj. Giving a warning after the attack, Virendra said-

Next time if she (Khushboo) or anyone else insults our religion, we will not leave him alive.

Giving information about the attack, Disha Patani's father said, "2 people came on a bike. One of the accused was driving the bike and he was wearing a helmet. The other had a gun in his hand and he was not wearing a helmet. I don't remember exactly how many rounds they fired? But, there must have been 8-10 rounds of firing."
