1. Cheteshwar Pujara

This season the selection for Test specialist Cheteshwar Pujara in the auction has been no less than a boon. Pujara has returned to the IPL after 7 years. The last time Pujara played for Kings XI Punjab in the IPL was in 2014. Every year thereafter, he was unsold in the auction. This time for the IPL 2021 season Cheteshwar Pujara (Cheteshwar Pujara) was bought by Chennai Super Kings (CSK) at his base price. Pujara's base price was Rs 50 lakh.

2. Kedar Jadhav

Kedar Jadhav has been battling bad form for a long time. Kedar Jadhav also dropped out of Team India due to continuous flop. 3. Harbhajan Singh

40-year-old Indian off-spinner Harbhajan Singh was added by Kolkata Knight Riders on the last occasion in IPL Auction 2021. Kolkata Knight Riders at the last turn of IPL auction 2021 added his base price to their team for the price of 2 crores. Harbhajan Singh has played in the IPL for Mumbai Indians for 9 years (2008-2017). Harbhajan Singh then played the IPL for Chennai Super Kings from 2018-2019.

4. Karun Nair

Indian batsman Karun Nair was also in danger of being unsold in this auction. Karun Nair was bought by Kolkata Knight Riders for his base price of 50 lakhs. Karun Nair was part of Kings XI Punjab in the last three seasons, but his performance was nothing special. Punjab released him this year, after which Kolkata Knight Riders bought him for 50 lakhs.

5. Piyush Chawla

32-year-old Indian leg-spinner Piyush Chawla was bought by Mumbai Indians for Rs 2.40 crore for this IPL season. Piyush Chawla's base price was 50 lakh rupees. Chawla played for Chennai Super Kings last season. Chennai, however, released Chawla after his ordinary performance.
