The terrorists surrounded the victims as they came out of the displaced persons camp in Gamboru Ngala Council area of Borneo State and took them hostage. To stop the activities, kidnappings and murders continue to occur every day in conflict-affected areas. Mohammed Fa'al, the UN human rights coordinator in Nigeria, said the actual number of people abducted was still unknown.
