On April 2, the Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) removed Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha from the post of Deputy Leader of the Party. Another MP, Ashok Mittal, has been appointed in his place.
It is being said that Raghav Chadha consistently raised important issues in Parliament, which is why this action was taken against him. However, the party maintains that this was a routine procedure.
In response, Raghav has been continuously posting reels on Instagram to express his views. Recently, he shared a reel in which he highlighted all the issues he raised during his tenure in Parliament. Now, Bollywood and Punjabi film actress Sonam Bajwa has reacted to this video and shown her support for him.
Raghav's sharp message to the party
In the video post, Raghav shared a montage of all the issues he raised in various sessions of Parliament. It mentions everything from the plight of public sector banks to the demand for tax exemption on disability pensions for the armed forces, wage indexation to the Bharat Ratna for Bhagat Singh. Raghav captioned the video with an Indian flag emoji. This clearly conveys a calm but sharp message amid the growing political controversy.
Sonam supports Raghav
Sonam Bajwa has now reacted to the post with several clapping emojis, indicating her support for Raghav. Priyanka Chopra commented on the same post with heart-eyes and clapping emojis. Raghav is married to Priyanka's cousin, actress Parineeti Chopra.
