The first runner-up was Chidinma Adeshina of Nigeria, the second runner-up was Maria Fernanda Beltran of Mexico while the third runner-up was Opal Suchata Chuangsri of Thailand. At the same time, Ileana Marquez of Venezuela was the fourth runner-up. But India had to face defeat in this competition.

Riya Singha from India also participated in this event, who had confirmed her place in the top 30. But she had to face defeat in the final. Last year's Miss Universe, Shenice Palacios of Nicaragua, crowned Victoria Kjaer with her own hands.
