Israel's bombing of Gaza, violence so far killed 24 including 6 children

So far 24 people have died in Israel's bombing and violence on Palestinian rebels in Gaza.  It has been claimed by the health officials of Hamas that 6 children are also included in the dead.  According to him, Israel started bombing the area on Friday.  Since then, about 204 people have been injured in these attacks.  It has been claimed by Israel that the top terrorist has also been killed in this attack.

However, contrary to this claim, Israel claims that it has evidence that several children were killed in a rocket attack by Islamic Jihad militants in Jabaliya, northern Gaza.  The war began with Friday's attack, in which a top Palestinian Islamic Jihad commander was killed.  Women were also among those killed in the attack.

However, it is not yet clear how many children have died in this attack.  A photographer claims that the bodies of 6 children were brought to the local hospital in Jabalia.  Of these, 3 were very young.  Israel has said its bombing and missile strikes against Islamic Jihad could continue for a week.  But in the meantime, the Egyptian president says that he is negotiating to maintain peace on both sides.  in order to prevent violence and attacks.
