Jiah Khan's death will not be probed again, Bombay High Court dismisses plea
Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Khan, in her petition filed in the court, had requested an independent and specialized agency to investigate the matter afresh.

Actress Jiah Khan's mother Rabia Khan has received a setback from the Bombay High Court. The Bombay High Court has dismissed Rabia Khan's plea seeking a fresh probe into the alleged suicide of Jiah Khan. During the hearing of the matter held on Monday, a division bench of Justice AS Gadkari and Justice MN Jadhav said that they have faith in the agency probing the Jia Khan case.

Let us tell you that the investigation of Jiah Khan suicide case is being done by a team of Central Bureau of Investigation i.e. CBI. Rabia Khan alleges that Jiah Khan's boyfriend and actor Sooraj Pancholi abetted her to commit suicide. 25-year-old Jia Khan was found hanging at her home in Mumbai on June 3, 2013.

Rabia's demand was that whatever agency investigates the case, it should be helped by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), an American agency. Rabia Khan alleges that her daughter was murdered. Delivering the verdict after the hearing, the bench dismissed her plea and said that she would pass a detailed order later.
Rabia's serious allegations against Suraj
Let us tell you that since the death of Jiah Khan in the year 2013, the actress' mother Rabia Khan has been making serious allegations against actor Sooraj Pancholi one after the other. Sooraj Pancholi is the son of actor Aditya Pancholi. Rabia has accused Sooraj of torturing Jiah Khan physically and mentally. Rabia says that the police has not gathered any evidence to prove that her daughter Jia has committed suicide. Rabia alleges that her daughter has been murdered.
According to reports, Bollywood actress Jiah Khan and Sooraj Pancholi were in a relationship for a long time. The police had registered a case of abetment to suicide against Suraj. He was also arrested in this case. However, Sooraj is out on the vine right now.
