YouTube service stalled for users across the world, both app and website problems

YouTube was going down at the global level. The video platform was not working for users around the world. Both the YouTube app and desktop users were complaining that they were not able to access the online video platform at this time. However, YouTube has now confirmed that the problem has been fixed.

The online video platform said in a statement, "We are seeing reports about difficulties in accessing the YouTube service within the last hour. We can confirm that it is now fixed and you should be able to use our service without any problems. Thank you for your report and if you still have any problems, let us know! "

YouTube Down: Users are using Twitter to investigate what went wrong with the video platform. With this, the hashtag #YouTubeDown has started trending on microblogging site.

DownDetector also confirmed YouTube Down

The downedetter shows that there has been a sudden spurt in cases of YouTube down. Complaints of YouTube being down started coming in from 8 am and the video platform has returned after taking more than an hour.

According to Dowdetector, users around the world were unable to watch most of the videos. The website shows that 90 percent of the users were unable to watch the video due to the homescreen being empty. We also accessed the video platform on the desktop, but the homescreen appeared empty for us as well.
