Famous actress Akshara Singh's troubles have increased. A court in Khagaria has issued a non-bailable warrant against her. Akshara Singh is accused of collecting donations worth lakhs of rupees to attend a program organized at JNKT ground in Khagaria in 2018 but did not attend the program. Akshara Singh's anticipatory bail plea has also been rejected in this case.

A court in Khagaria has issued an arrest order for the famous Bhojpuri film actress Akshara Singh. According to court sources, Ms. Him Shikha Mishra, Judicial Magistrate First Class, finding the case correct, has ordered the issuance of a non-bailable warrant on September 6, 24. This has increased the difficulties of famous actress Akshara Singh a lot.

Earlier on March 12, 2020, the anticipatory bail application of Akshara Singh was rejected by the court of ADJ V of Khagaria. Earlier, a notice was sent by the court to the famous actress's Goregaon address in Mumbai.

Here, senior advocate Ajitabh Sinha of Khagaria Civil Court has petitioned the court and requested that arrangements be made to send arrest warrants to the accused's addresses in Patna and Mumbai. The advocate told Dainik Jagran that the court has accepted his petition.

What is the matter?

On 8th July 2018, Tinku Jiya and others had announced a program in the memory of martyr Kishore Kumar Munna at JNKT ground in Khagaria. Bhojpuri actress Akshara Singh was publicised to participate in the said program. Lakhs of rupees were collected as donations in the name of Akshara Singh. Actress Akshara Singh released a video on the internet media and appealed to the people to make the program successful by participating in the said program in large numbers.

Big tents, chairs, musical instruments and other materials were hired from many tent owners of Khagaria including Mansi's tent house. The program began. Thousands of people had gathered at the venue in the name of film actress Akshara Singh. When film actress Akshara Singh did not come on stage till late night, the audience started making noise. Then the organiser announced that film actress Akshara Singh would not come. She refused to come for some reason.

Feeling cheated, the audience started breaking chairs. Set the tent on fire. Broke the musical instruments. Police from several police stations were busy in controlling the riot for a long time. In this, goods worth more than 25 lakhs were destroyed. In this light, a tent owner of Mansi filed a case in the court, making Akshara Singh and the organizers accused.

What did Akshara Singh's lawyer say in the anticipatory bail

On behalf of Akshara Singh, father, Vipin Indrajit Singh sa. Goregaon, Mumbai, his learned advocate Krishnakant Jha told the court that the accused is innocent. He has not committed any alleged crime. Akshara Singh has been implicated in this case due to the politics and enmity of the film world. It was also said by her lawyer that among the other accused named in the complaint letter, Tinku Jiya, Roshan etc. contacted the applicant Akshara Singh for doing the program under a conspiracy.

The applicant also released a video. She came from Mumbai to Patna to participate in the program. When the organizer was contacted, no response was taken. And neither was the agreed amount paid. The applicant is a woman and a well-known film actress. Considering the seriousness of the case, the court rejected her anticipatory bail plea.
