The Delaware Court of America has put an end to the ongoing legal battle between Elon Musk and Twitter. The court has put the case on hold in order to complete the $ 44 billion deal for the purchase of Twitter. According to the information, the Twitter purchase deal by Elon Musk is to be completed by October 28, 2022 at 5 pm. 

Court case will be continue in case the deal is not completed 

The court has directed the parties involved in the case that, if the deal is not completed on the predetermined day and time. So the date of hearing again in the case in November 2022 can be achieved. Tesla CEO Elon Musk has been trying to get out of the Twitter buy deal for the past three months.

Case paused to complete paperwork

Lawyers representing Musk in court on Thursday pleaded in court that the court case be suspended while completing the Twitter purchase deal. So that loans and other paperwork can be completed to complete the acquisition. It is expected that this entire process will be completed by 28 October 2022.

Indications were given to move forward on the real deal

Notably, Tesla CEO Elon Musk last Monday hinted at moving forward on a $44 billion real deal to acquire Twitter. At the same time, Musk has also spoken of ending the legal battle over the Twitter purchase. Following this news, quoting some sources in Bloomberg, trading had to be stopped due to a jump in Twitter's shares. Musk offered to buy Twitter for $54.20 per share. Following this news, the company's shares climbed 13 percent to $47.95.
