Delhi/Jaipur: Bharat Jodo Yatra led by Rahul Gandhi entered the capital Delhi today. The yatra, which started from Kanyakumari on September 7, reached Delhi from Badarpur border this morning. Rahul Gandhi's journey has reached Delhi on the 108th day. The journey has covered about thousand km.

Congress leaders Sonia Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi Vadra also attended in Delhi. Reached Jaidev Ashram at around 11 am. Here Rahul Gandhi offered prayers in the temple. After this, at around 2 pm, Rahul Gandhi offered a chadar at Hazrat Nizamuddin Dargah.

There is no place for hatred in Bharat Jodo Yatra – Rahul Gandhi

A large number of Congress workers have participated in Rahul's visit. Congress is busy preparing for the mega show. About 40 to 50 thousand people are likely to gather in this mega show. Rahul Gandhi will also visit Red Fort via Delhi Cantt, India Gate, ITO, Daryaganj. Rahul Gandhi will also visit Bapu's mausoleum Rajghat and former PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee's mausoleum. Along with this, flowers will also be offered at Veer Bhoomi, Shanti Sthal and Shakti Sthal. 

Traveled 3000 kms

Bharat Jodo Yatra has covered a distance of about 3000 kms in 107 days passing through 46 districts of 9 states. Now only 548 km journey is left. Congress has set a target of 3500 km on foot in 150 days. The yatra is yet to pass through 3 states UP, Punjab and Jammu and Kashmir.
