Recently, Shahrukh Khan got rid of the ongoing trial from the year 2017. The Supreme Court has quashed the case, denying the Gujarat High Court's decision.

King Khan i.e. Shahrukh Khan seems to be getting rid of the court cases now. On Monday, the Supreme Court has given him a big relief in the criminal case. Let us tell you that this case is from the year 2017. When Shahrukh had booked the entire railway station for the promotion of his film Raees. A huge crowd of his fans had gathered to welcome him at Vadodara railway station. After which they created a ruckus on the entire station for their favorite star Shahrukh. In this case, a case was registered against the actor for causing unrest.
Recently, a bench of Justices Ajay Rastogi and CT Ravi Kumar quashed the case registered against Shahrukh, denying this decision of the Gujarat High Court. Let us tell you that in January 2022 this year, the Gujarat High Court had accused the actor of creating ruckus and disturbing the peace at Vadodara railway station.
This was the whole matter
This whole matter is of January 2017. When Shahrukh Khan had booked the entire train coming from Mumbai to Delhi for the promotion of his Hindi film Raees. But, even before reaching Delhi, a crowd of crazy fans of the actor created a ruckus at the station in Vadodara. Also, seeing the crowd, Shahrukh threw smiley balls among the fans and took off his T-shirt and threw it. In the race to get it, some people were injured in the crowd present there and one person also died.
Case was registered under these cases
Due to which there was a lot of anger among the people on Badshahrukh Khan. Angered by the actor, a person named Jeetendra Madhubhai Solanki had filed a case against him. Solanki had filed a case against the actor under sections 145 and 147 Railway Act for ignoring the death of a person and personal safety of the people.
