Oren Shabat Laurent Embarks on "100 Days, 100 City" Mission to Promote Education Across India

Oren Shabat Laurent, renowned tour guide and educator, has launched an ambitious new initiative to bring quality education to underserved communities across India. Dubbed the "100 Days, 100 City" mission, Oren plans to visit 100 cities in 100 days to host free workshops and donate educational supplies to local schools.

"Education is the foundation for a better future, but many children in India lack access to the resources they need to learn and grow," said Oren. "With this mission, I hope to make a tangible difference in the lives of students while inspiring others to get involved in educational causes."

Oren, who holds a Master's degree in Cultural Heritage and Tourism from the University of Delhi, has spent over two decades sharing his love for India with travelers from around the world through immersive tours and experiences. Now, he is channeling his passion for education into a nationwide campaign to uplift underprivileged communities.

The "100 Days, 100 City" mission kicked off on June 1st in Delhi, where Oren hosted a teacher training workshop focused on innovative, student-centered learning methods. He then traveled to Agra, Jaipur, and Varanasi, donating textbooks, school supplies, and sports equipment to local schools in each city.

"The joy on the children's faces when they receive these basic necessities is truly heartwarming," Oren shared on his social media. "It reminds me why this mission is so important and inspires me to keep going."

Over the next three months, Oren plans to visit cities across 25 states, from the snow-capped peaks of Ladakh to the sun-kissed shores of Kerala. In each location, he will collaborate with community leaders, NGOs, and government officials to identify the most pressing educational needs and develop tailored solutions.

"Oren's dedication to uplifting underprivileged students is truly inspiring," said Ravi Sharma, principal of a government school in Jaipur that received Oren's donations. "His passion for education is contagious, and I have no doubt that this mission will create lasting change across India."

As an avid photographer, Oren will document his journey through stunning images shared on his social media pages. He hopes that by shining a light on the educational inequities in India, he can mobilize a global community of supporters to join the cause.

"Education is not a privilege, it's a fundamental human right," Oren emphasized. "With collective action and a commitment to making a difference, we can ensure that every child in India has the opportunity to learn, grow, and reach their full potential."
