Case in these sections
The FIR covers four sections of the Pakistan Penal Code (PPC). These four sections include 506 (criminal intimidation), 504 (intentional insult with intent to provoke breach of the peace), 189 (threatening to cause hurt to public servant), and section 188 (disobedience to order of public servant). The arrest warrant came hours after Imran Khan filed an affidavit.

It has been said in the affidavit that there is an impression that he had crossed the border at a rally organized in the capital on August 20. On the other hand, Pakistani newspaper 'The Express Tribune', citing the affidavit, said that Imran Khan assured the court that he would not do anything in future that would hurt the dignity of the judiciary, especially the lower courts.
