Pakistan: TTP killed six security personnel in Balochistan, many others injured

The Tehrik-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) terror group killed six security personnel and injured several others in the last two days in Balochistan province. According to the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), a terrorist and security personnel were killed in an encounter between terrorists and security forces during an intelligence-based operation in Sambaja area of Zhob district. The operation started on the basis of reliable information is going on for the last 96 hours.
The ISPR, the media wing of the Pakistan Army, said the operation was aimed at preventing terrorists from using some suspicious routes along the entire Pakistan-Afghanistan border to enter Khyber Pakhtunkhwa province and target civilians and security forces.
Militants attacked a Frontier Corps vehicle in Danuk Gogdan area of Turbot on Saturday, killing four security personnel. Motorcycle-borne terrorists killed security personnel in the border town of Chaman. TTP has claimed responsibility for both these attacks.
