Russia-Belarus begin military exercise: Russia and Belarus together started their joint military exercise on Monday. Due to this, an atmosphere of fear has been created in Kyiv and in the countries of the West. Regarding the joint air force exercise, Belarus said that its exercise with Russia is merely defensive. There is also concern that Moscow is pressuring Belarus to join the war with Ukraine.

Belarus accuses Ukraine of provocation

Ukraine has repeatedly warned of possible attacks from Belarus. Pavel Muraveiko, a senior official in the Belarusian Security Council, said the situation on his country's southern border with Ukraine was not calm and that Kyiv was trying to provoke his country.

Apartment destroyed in Russian attack

At the same time, a nine-storey building collapsed in the city of Dnipro on Saturday in the Russian attack. So far 35 people have been confirmed dead in this attack and there is no information about 35 other residents. At the same time, the mayor of the city said that the chances of survival of more people in the debris are very less. Russia's Defense Ministry said its military had carried out the missile attacks. The statement did not mention the city of Dnipro as a specific target. 

The battle is on for the city of Soledar

In addition, Ukraine's military is struggling to retain control of the city of Soledar in the eastern Donetsk region. Deputy Defense Minister Hanna Maliar on Sunday denied Russia's claims that it had captured the city. Meanwhile, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has asked Western countries for more arms.
