Russia has intensified its attacks on Ukraine. Russia retaliated on Ukraine on Monday. Russia has destroyed civilian targets with deadly missiles and air strikes in several cities of Ukraine. The Ukrainian military said that Russia has fired a total of 84 cruise missiles. Due to these attacks, electricity and water services have come to a complete halt in many cities of Ukraine. Airstrikes have destroyed buildings. At least 14 people have died so far. 

Russia attacked by sea and land

Ukraine's emergency service said about 100 people were injured in the attacks by Russia during the rush hour of the morning. These Russian attacks were carried out in 14 regions of Ukraine. These attacks by sea and land, which ranged from Lviv in the west to Kharkiv in the east.

Playground and university campus were targeted

However, Russia said that our missiles have targeted military and energy facilities of Ukraine. Meanwhile, Ukraine says it attacked civilians. Russian airstrikes targeted a playground in the city of Kyiv and another airstrikes destroyed a university campus. 

Thousands of people are facing the problem of electricity

The attacks by Russia have thrown much of the country into a blackout. Hundreds of thousands of people were left without electricity on Monday night. Meanwhile, Ukrainian authorities announced they would stop exporting electricity to Europe from Tuesday. 

Russia's goal is only humanitarian catastrophe

Andrey Yermak, a senior adviser to President Volodymyr Zelensky, said the attacks had no practical military meaning. Russia's only goal is to cause humanitarian catastrophe. 

Declare Russia a terrorist state: Zelenskyy

Zelenskyy has repeatedly called on world leaders to declare Russia a terrorist state because of attacks on civilians and an alleged war crime. Moscow's war in Ukraine is approaching its eight months. Russia's Kremlin and parts of eastern Ukraine are battling battlefields.
