He wrote in his tweet that, today the Covid-19 test report of Congress President Smt. Sonia Gandhi has come positive. She will remain in isolation following the protocol issued by the government.

Corona happened on June 2
Sonia Gandhi had also tested positive for COVID-19 in early June. Days after testing positive, 75-year-old Sonia Gandhi was admitted to Sir Ganga Ram Hospital on June 12. He had mild fever and some symptoms of corona, after which he underwent treatment and was discharged on 20 June.
Priyanka Gandhi was also corona positive on August 10
On August 10, Priyanka Gandhi was also infected with Corona for the second time. The information of which he had given a tweet. In which he wrote that 'Today I am corona positive (again). I am isolated at home and following all the rules of corona.
Corona cases in India
There is a steady increase in corona cases in the country. However, there has been a decrease in cases today as compared to yesterday. According to the Health Ministry, on Friday, India reported 15,815 new corona cases in the last 24 hours with a daily positivity rate of 4.36 percent. Whereas yesterday (August 12) 16,561 cases of corona infection were reported. The active cases in the country now stand at 1,19,264 which is 0.27 percent of the total cases.
The death toll from COVID-19 in India has risen to 5,26,996, government data said. According to the ministry, 20,018 COVID patients have been cured in the last 24 hours. The total number of patients recovering from this disease in the country increased to 4,35,93,112. Right now the recovery rate is 98.54 percent.
3,62,802 COVID samples were tested in the last 24 hours, taking a total of 87.99 crores. The weekly positivity rate now stands at 4.79 percent.
