Rishab has started getting offers from Bollywood too, but now the actor has given an interview, in which he has told that where is Bollywood making a mistake in today's time?
Rishab Shetty has some advice for producers in Bollywood. The actor has told that if they want to make cinema good, then stay close to their roots and not be too influenced by western culture. The actor said that films should be prepared on the basis of the best interest of the audience. Not for anyone's personal consumption. Rishab Shetty told actors and filmmakers, 'We make films for the audience, not for ourselves. We have to keep them and their feelings in mind. We need to see what their values and way of life are. We were there before we became filmmakers.
Rishab Shetty further added that the makers have got a lot of western influence in today's time, which is reflected in their films as well. But now they are trying to use too much western influence, Hollywood and other things in Indian films too. But why are we doing this? People are already attached to Hollywood. Let us tell you that Rishabh Shetty has got offers from Bollywood films but he has turned down these offers.
Talking about 'Kantara', this film was released in Kannada language on 30 September. The film also got a great response in the initial days, after which the film was released in many other languages including Hindi and 'Kantara' was also here. The film has crossed 300 crores worldwide and 'Kantara' is the second Kannada film to do so. The first number is 'KGF Chapter 2'.
