Trump Sued: New York Attorney General files fraud case against Donald Trump, including his children

The Attorney General of New York has filed a lawsuit against former US President Donald Trump and his children on charges of fraud and misrepresentation. He has alleged that he committed fraud to get loans and tax benefits. This breakup took place between 2011 and 2021. Trump's family company manages hotels, golf courses and real estate in several countries.

The Attorney General has filed a lawsuit against former US President Donald Trump, his son Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump and daughter Ivanka Trump. At the same time, in another case, the author, who accused Donald Trump of raping in the dressing room of a department store, has filed another case against him under a new law in New York. Under the new law, victims of sexual assault in the US decades ago have been allowed to prosecute. 

The author's lawyer, E. Jean Carroll, informed the federal judge on Tuesday. The letter, written in August, was entered in the public record. On the other hand, Trump's lawyer Alina Habba did not immediately respond in this regard, but she objected to the case.
