There was a time when home offered Donamol Joseph little peace. Born in Changanssery to a struggling police constable, raised among grandparents and a caring brother, she saw more conflict than is fit for childhood. Financial strain paired with emotional neglect shaped her early years, but she learned mercy among the ruins of her family.
School routines hid her real life. Before dawn she worked, then returned to books; she paid fees others took for granted; her mother’s illness was her own burden. Yet she found purpose in helping others. She saw a friend threatened with expulsion, not for failing ability, but failing pocketbook. She intervened, mobilized aid, created a support group where there was none, and ensured that justice would not ignore merit.
Donamol’s willingness to confront the system drew consequences. She and a group of students went on strike. She faced suspension. She faced school management’s fury. But she refused to bow. Within weeks, the school conceded. Scholarships were institutionalized. Ten students would be exempted from expulsion each year. Students celebrated. She stepped into leadership more surely.

Greenwich University, MBA in International Business, part-time work rising to management, marriage to Godwin, a pillar of strength who saw her net of scars and still chose her.
