'Our party's Instagram head has been kidnapped', claims former Pakistan PM Imran Khan
Imran Khan on Thursday claimed on Twitter that the Instagram head of his party Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Ataur Rehman has been kidnapped from Faisal Town Lahore. He said that I condemn the continuous kidnapping of members of our social media team.
Authorities in Pakistan on Thursday allegedly abducted the Instagram chief of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf as part of the federal government's ongoing crackdown against social media activists of the party of former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan.
The Federal Investigation Agency (FIA) has recently launched a nationwide campaign against social media activists, especially PTI, in collaboration with intelligence agencies and police.

According to reports, the federal probe agency has launched a nationwide campaign these days against social media activists, especially PTI, in collaboration with intelligence agencies and police.
Last week, the FIA arrested another prominent social media activist, Waqas Amjad. After this arrest, PTI workers also alleged that Waqas was being tortured in judicial custody.
