Pakistan PTI chief Imran Khan says - six people are plotting to kill me in the country

Former Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan on Thursday rejected the government's claim that there was a threat to his life from "foreign forces". At the same time, Imran Khan said that there are six people present within the country, who conspired to kill him.

The Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) chief said three of the six are those whom I had named in the FIR after the attempt to kill me in Punjab in November last year.

Imran Khan was attacked

The former prime minister was attacked by a gunman accompanying him during a rally in Wazirabad area, about 150 km from Lahore, on November 3. During this, he was injured due to being shot in the leg. Imran Khan blamed Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah and top ISI official Major General Faisal Naseer for plotting his assassination.

He said that the Interior Minister (Sanaullah) says that my life is in danger from foreign agencies. Let me make it clear to the whole country that my life is in danger only from those 3 people whose names I had taken in the Wazirabad massacre. I have mentioned this in a video message.

The PTI chief said that on March 18, an attempt was made to eliminate me at the Geodical Complex in Islamabad. Now if they try to attack me again, these people will be responsible. Like they tried to blame the Wazirabad attack on a religious fanatic, which was just a hoax.

He further said that they are trying to play another diabolical trick in the guise of outside agencies. I want to make it clear to my country that any attempt on my life will be the responsibility of those I have identified. I have done it.
