Russia attacks Ukraine with 90 drones and 120 missiles, destroying thermal power plants; biggest attack in 3 months
This is the deadliest attack by Russia on Ukraine in three months. Seven people have died and six people are injured in this attack. Ukraine says that it has shot down 140 air targets. Russia has targeted Ukraine's energy centers in the latest attack. A thermal power plant has been severely damaged.

Russia launched a major airstrike on Ukraine on Sunday. This was the most powerful attack in three months, combined with drones and missiles. A thermal power plant operated by private energy company DTEK was severely damaged. Seven people were also killed. This attack was carried out to destroy Ukraine's power generation capacity before the severe cold.
140 air targets shot down: Zelensky
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky said that Russia launched 120 missiles and 90 drones in a large-scale attack across Ukraine. Ukrainian defense forces shot down 140 air targets. The enemy's target was energy infrastructure across Ukraine. Weapons debris has caused damage. Seven people were killed in the drone attack. Also six others, including two children, were injured.

Zelensky will do everything to end the war
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has said that Ukraine will make every effort to end the war with Russia next year (in 2025). For this, he will adopt the path of negotiation. But Russian President Vladimir Putin is not willing to make a peace agreement. Putin wants to continue the fight.
Zelensky has said this while sensing the attitude of US President-elect Donald Trump regarding the Ukraine war. Meanwhile, Russia has won two more villages in eastern Ukraine and its army is advancing. In a radio interview, Zelensky said, he will make every effort to end the war through negotiations next year.
What did the Russian ambassador say?
Russia's ambassador to the United Nations had said that his country is ready for talks. If Donald Trump tries for it. But the ground situation will have to be kept in mind in the talks. The ambassador's reference is to the occupation of four regions of Ukraine during the war, which Russia has now annexed. In these areas, about 20 percent of Ukrainian land has gone to Russia. Whereas Zelensky has been vowing to take back all his areas, including Crimea.
